Saul Young is photojournalist at the Knoxville News Sentinel. To learn photography, he spent seven years at a two-year college. Prior to photography, Saul Young made
sandwiches at Subway and bussed tables. He is an award-winning photographer if you count insignificant recognitions in obscure trade industry organizations, but his most prized accomplishments include using a camera that may have taken a Pulitzer prizing winning photograph by another photographer and being yelled at by Pat Summitt.
